I am looking to book CX Award booking on AS Miles online. I wanted to know the award cancellation cost. On their website, it states:

For partner award bookings.
Partner award bookings made on or after May 1, 2021 may be canceled online for no fee.

However I cannot cancel CX award online, and have to call the call center to cancel, do I have to pay a fee? If so, how much do I have to pay?
