Cathay booking errors when entering QR ff number, not for other airline programmes
Hi CX readers,
Seeing a very strange bug on the CX website.
Trying to book a multi city booking.
When entering my QR number during the booking (personal details) the website errors out and instructs to contact Customer Care.
When entering a BA number or leaving it blank it seems to work.
As I had some issues previously with CX miles crediting I want to make sure the number is there during the booking.
I can't use BA beause P fare doesn't earn TP or avios on BA.
Did anyone encounter this before? Or should I just leave it blank and try adding it during check-in or at the airport?
