Hyatt doesn't do resort well in Thailand with luxury unfortunately. I've heard bad things about HR Phuket. So so about Koh Samui. Marriott beats Hyatt in Thailand
Agreed. Our stay at the PH BKK was a disaster when it opened so we have always returned to the St R.
HR HKT is so awful we checked in and out once we saw how small the Pool Room was with no natural light.
We were going to a night on USM, but the FT reviews made me decided to extend our stay at The Conrad.
Every single night of our next Thai vacation will be at a non Hyatt property as a result.
