And then there are those of us who got ‘orphaned’ because the program we signed up under left e-Rewards and the end result is we have all the redemption options available in our country. I signed up under Delta, who stopped participating in e-Rewards somewhere around 2010 so I’m lucky enough to have them all as redemption options.

I really don't do these too often (never enough to get a 1099 at least) but lately have had some more time on my hands so just trying to maximize things. (Like today, for example - can usually get a survey done between boarding and taking off when I can't do much else).
So based on my list above I joined via a Hilton invite (since that's the only hotel on my list).
Can also do other survey programs (I think I have them for United, American, Jetblue and Amtrak) but those seem to be even less rewarding than E-rewards.
