What a waste of my time. Plus, you have to speak the answers, it appears, which takes much longer than simply pressing a button. I've gotten to the point (as I'm sure most of us have) of memorizing the phone menus, so we can be pretty efficient at getting to what we want in a short period of time.

As previous link notes, just say "AGENT" and you will be transferred to a human. I have found hitting double "0" works as well.
