As has happened to others, I have not received my $200 rental credit. Single Airbnb charge >$200 made and posted to account in late October. I'm in the middle of the second billing cycle. Agents have told me that it can take 8-12 weeks.
Here's a quote from the T&C's (bolding is mine):
"1 Eligible Venture X accountholders will receive a statement credit for up to $200 for
qualifying vacation rental purchases. Purchases must be charged to your account
and appear in your account statement within your first year as a cardholder to
qualify. The $200 statement credit will be provided as a single credit if the purchase
is greater than or equal to $200, or in multiple statement credits until the total
vacation rental purchases are greater than or equal to $200. If the credited vacation
rental purchase is canceled, the statement credit may be removed from your
account, though it can be reissued on any past or future vacation rental purchases
up to $200. The credit should appear in your account within 1-7 business days, but it
may take up to 2 billing cycles after purchase..."
Update: As of today, I still have not received the $200 credit. But, when I spoke to an agent a few weeks ago, she filed a claim for the missing $200 (she said it had been 2 billing cycles). But, when I called 2 weeks later to inquire since still no credit, I was told last agent was incorrect - 2nd billing cycle would be completed with my January billing statement. That statement closed 2 days ago. Without me calling again, I just got a call from someone in their rewards department responding to my claim. She said that since it has now been 2 billing cycles and I have not received the credit, she went ahead and issued the $200 statement credit which will show up on my account in 5-7 days (and appear on my statement in 1-2 billing cycles). Let's hope so.
