That drives me mad every time! Also the bit where you have to select a boarding pass option and it gives you a useless popup (if you choose to download on your phone) and it then tells you basically to exit the "app" and then go in again to get the pass. Then, of course, the App updates in the background and my bookings get lost and it then deletes the downloaded passes from Apple Wallet. (A relatively new problem I've mentioned elsewhere).
