If SEN status is important to you you may have to consider a weekend away in Europe. I can find UK-FRA-AMS return in Economy (S) for under £250 this coming weekend. This will give you 500 (+125) status miles per segment or 2,500 status miles in total. You will have to pay for accommodation as I’m assuming a day return is not possible from your local airport. You will have to requalify in 2023 before a new system starts in January 2024.
