I just checked into the royalton riviera cancun and did not get upgraded to the diamond club as i have on my previous 3 stays in the past year at other royalton properties. I questioned why as a titanium i was not upgraded and was informed that royaltons will no longer be upgrading elites to the diamond club. My next question was why am i staying here as an elite without being treated like one… last time at royalton
