Amuse Bouche was kind of beetroot purée but tasted nice.

Weird combination of honey marinated salmon and random vegetables

Main dish was inedible. Chicken was microwaved to death, bland and dry. The baguette was nice and warm.

Cheese platter was excellent

The petit fours as well but too petit to my liking

Sorbet ice cream was also very nice


This was on a CDG-LAX flight in December 2022
