We have a Zoe Trip which measures 22" x 17.5" x 8", which looks like it's 0.5" over AC's rules in the longest dimension, but I'm guessing that wouldn't realistically be an issue. I highly recommend it. I had a gate agent tell me he had stroller envy when he saw it.
