Bacon Gouda Quiche

This was totally fine. Brioche roll was pretty tasty. Leeks were easily movable off of the quiche, so not a disqualifying ingredient if you don't enjoy them. The cream sauce was also avoidable if it wasn't your jam. All in all this was kind of a messy/sloppy looking plate, but it tasted good.

I think this same quiche is also served in Delta One as a pre-arrival meal. Compared to that, I received like 0.25 radians less quiche than Delta One passengers do, based on comparing the photos. I did feel like this was a little undersized overall.

All in all, this was a successful meal, though.
