I booked a flight for my three kids using points. I’m not flying this trip. The communications come to me as it’s my account. How can have my son check them in (round trip) and have the checkin docs on his phone?

Also, I get 4 annual boarding upgrades via my SW cc. Can they use them? Need to charge to my cc and get reimbursed from chase?
