What is your Priority Club status?
Gold

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
No

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked: King Standard
Received: Twin Bed Standard

How are the rooms?
Horribly outdated, last renovation must have been in the mid 2000's.

How is the exec. lounge?
-

What was good and what was bad?
Good: - clean'ish.... still some mold in bathroom.
Bad:- Upon arriving, the heating in the room was broken and it was freezing in the room. Tried to turn it on, did not work, was moved to different room (418), where the heating also did not work, but it was at least a bit warmer.

- No greeting as a IHG elite member upon check-in, no welcome amenity, not even a ‘thanks for being a member’.

- Had to settle the full invoice upon check-in, which led to no points being added for the use of the bar/restaurant.

- Parking code did not work, so had to walk back after checkout, adding 5-10 minutes extra to my journey in the morning, as more people were having issues. Apparently, the code they give you at check-in, only works for a few hours, no-one mentioned this.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Terrible value at 110 Euro/night. Wont return unless they do a full renovation.
