Technically the VentureX should allow access to the VS lounge since its operated by Plaza Premium regardless of what class one would be flying with SQ (or VS) and there do not seem to be any time restrictions to access based on Venture X. However the reality on the ground can be different. I have a SQ J coming up in the next couple of weeks and i might try and report back but figured i'll ask here and see if anyone has tried recently.

It might be operated by PP but that just means who employees the staff - it doesnt mean that PP access applies. So if you manage to get in you've done well, but in reality you have no right to be granted access.
Who can access the Clubhouse?
Access to the Clubhouse is strictly for international Virgin Atlantic (VS) or Delta Air Lines (DL) flights only for the below passengers:

- Passengers travelling in Delta One international flights only
