Good afternoon from the PHT.

A few updates:

1) The men's bath facilities are back in operation now at the Club on the Park.
2) The Delicatessen is now closed, from 11 January to 31 January, for "facility maintenance".
3) This may be old news, because I don't often venture into B1F of the Shinjuku Park Tower. The lackluster non-branded combine has now been converted into a Lawson. I will not be venturing to B1F more.
