I tend to agree with you on my first and fourth point, but at a RC I really don't think the second and third point are acceptable. If the concierge was unable to help they should have just said so, and there is no excuse for 40 minute wait for champagne and tea in the lobby lounge. This is a Ritz-Carlton not a Courtyard.

It's a very nice hard product in a great location and the price often is right. A couple years ago I was there for like EUR 175 / night over the holidays.
I'm only saying I wouldn't stay there unless the price was right. If its EUR 175 then its a no brainier. If its typical Ritz pricing then I'd think twice. It was not a bad stay, it just didn't live up to expectations.
