You'll get lounge access for both carriers on a business class ticket. Lufthansa is 2-2-2 in business and Swiss is 2-2-1 alternating with 1-2-2 on the 777 and 2-2-1 alternating with 1-2-1 on the 330 & 340. If you're traveling with a spouse/partner then LH might be better so you can put the kids in the window seat (with you on the aisle), in two rows, one behind the other. You can't do that with Swiss.
We flew some on LH with our kids;; never on Swiss. Lufthansa was fine.
