Very strong showing by AA on last night's Flagship Business flight from BOS-LAX. Rose/OJ/Water PDB, hot towel, (luke)warm nuts, proactive service, and a warm cookie to finish things off. Much to my disappointment, no sundaes were available so I took the salted caramel tart instead which was rock hard but fine. The sea bass was actually phenomenal--moist, tender, and very flavorful. Kudos to AA.

That is so bad that they are still serving that Covid era tart. Its horrible. The caramel one in particular as I recall was worse than the lemon. Bummer on no sundaes- I would be mad. Catering just forgot them? Did they cater the NOT gourmet cheese at least?
