They don't seem very good at arrangements for special events. They managed to basically screw up the surprise for my birthday dinner. They did arrange a very good cake for a surprise, they then went on to push the dessert menu heavily, and midway through dessert came out to ask when should we serve the surprise birthday cake, while we both were at the table. Seemed like they never had someone trying to arrange a birthday surprise before..... They had decorated the room very nicely during dinner, so that was one for the plus side.
