Comments: requested upgrade or at the minimum a bay view via chat, instantly given bay view and note on file for a suite. Early check-in at 1330; late checkout at 1600 granted via chat. Perfectly fine room, very comfortable and everything you'd expect from a Westin. You can go to the bar at the Aloft across the parking lot and charge items to your room at the Westin. I would very happily stay here again. I last stayed here in 2016 when the Aloft was being renovated.
