Yes without question on business travel.

I have taken both my iPad and my MacBook on business trips in the past and it’s a huge pain but taking just my laptop means I can’t download anything from the streamers so either have to use Delta studio on my laptop or more realistically use the IFE while doing work on my laptop.

The exception is if I’m flying something that I know has horrible IFE (D1 on the DL 767 for example).

Otherwise it’s easier to rely on IFE and it’s one of the reasons I like Delta for business travel is their screen quality is pretty good across the domestic fleet (apart from the 738)
