On long flights in J I use it to track the flight, or watch a movie. Its fun to watch a movie while you eat, especially since I rarely watch movies.

My iPad usually has a Kindle book downloaded. But, as a boomer (thanks for those who are thinking of us) I usually get someone's help to turn it on.

Sometimes I just daydream.

On a short domestic flight, if there is a seat back screen and I am in coach, I usually just turn it off and read my iPad. Screens are sometimes distracting.
