Totally agree - had a really bad warranty experience (documented on FT) where damaged bag was sent back unrepaired, and after a lot of back and forth, they basically said we're discontinuing the line and maybe if we have one we'll replace it, but of course that never happened.


I still think their bags are some of the best made, but I'm no longer an outspoken fan!
