Currently got 3A and 4A booked (I'm in 4A). The middle seats of row 2 are available but I do like a window seat. We could do 3A and 3E as the other half doesn't mind not having a window.
So its the galleys and toilets. Toilets are in front of 1A and 1K which is why 2A and 2K are said to be better (but I have to say I like that you are really secluded in 1A/K when I am travelling alone) and then the galley is at the back. The front generally is quieter because you have those enormous stairs at the front which are out of use the entire flight and roped off.

Honestly wouldn't get too fussed - on the A380 all the seats are great and it is quiet. As has been said storage for hand luggage is a non issue, I have never known the bins etc to get half full even with a fully laiden flight of 14 in F.
