I see 4A is bottom of the ranking in First Class. Is that a noise issue, or something else?

Currently got 3A and 4A booked (I'm in 4A). The middle seats of row 2 are available but I do like a window seat. We could do 3A and 3E as the other half doesn't mind not having a window.
