Yes, by definition.
Access to the club with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks/canapés.

Access to the club lounge is free if you book a Club room, if you have an annual lounge access referral , or if you are a Royal Ambassador.

The InterContinental Ambassador guaranteed one room category upgrade excludes Club InterContinental experience/lounge access. Should a member’s original room purchase be one category lower than an advertised Club room/suite category, the member will be assigned the one category upgrade without the Club InterContinental experience/ lounge access.
