Billing for two rooms at Ritz-Carlton properties

My wife and I are taking my (young adult) nephew on a trip. And we'll be booking two rooms at a Ritz-Carlton property (one for us and one for him).

If I book both rooms in the same reservation and I present my credit card when we all check in, how does billing work? Will the charges for both rooms be posted on a single folio?

I think that he's already feeling a bit guilty about the fact that we're paying his way. So, if it's reasonably possible, I would prefer that he not find out how much his stay is costing. I wouldn't, for example, want them to stick a folio under his door on check-out day. I know that he might be able to view his room charges through the TV system. But, if he's going to do that, that's on him.
