Whoopi Goldberg was on DL 575. She +1 boarded first via the tarmac. There was someone else who had the not as exclusive but still personal escort through the terminal who I did not recognize but Whoopi did. Upon arriving at JFK, both parties had a car waiting for them on the tarmac.

Going slightly off topic, this was just the first of a series of situations that I'm surprised we somehow only pushed back 4 minutes late. Catering didn't show up until midway through the boarding process and then somehow they closed the door and retracted the jetway before they realized they still had LAX ground staff on board.
