I am booked on 25 March (Sat) Dub to Hnd via Hel. JL48 only operated 4 times a week Mon, Wed , Fri ,Sun in Feb and March (up to 24/3). I noticed JL 47 Hnd to Hel on 24 March also zeroed out from around Nov 2022. Although AY 61 has resumed daily service and departs within the same hour, it is unclear if all JL48 pax can be reaccommodated. I will happily pay the seat selection fee of 150 euro a head on AY.
JL has cancelled and changed my return trip in April 3 times already. I have endured hours of JL music and now have to return a day early and downgrade to Y on shorthaul LHR to Dub.
To make it more complex, I also have a domestic leg to Fuk on arrival at Hnd, so really need to arrive by late pm to clear customs and change terminal.
Just hope they finalise the schedule and if necessary reroute with sensible alternative.
It is cherry blossom time and a special big birthday trip for us postponed from March 2020!
