doesn't work. i've tried every permutation. the login is successful (i know it is because i immediately get the email saying "new sign-in detected" with my ip and country etc. - but the website immediately reports the account is logged out so it won't actually take me in. the resetting option is fruitless. the system is ....ed and there is no proper recourse through support to get around the catch 22. super frustrating.
