In general I would say you are fine for time doing this. Even more so if no luggage, which I would personally prefer if possible.

I am not sure if WE will interline with SQ, but if not you would have to go land-side through immigration to pick up your luggage and check in with SQ - this would add to the risk depending on immigration queues and wait time for luggage.
