The rule was that if your connection was more than 4 hours, they provided you a room at the T4 Hilton. If you are coming from Hong Kong, Singapore or Bangkok, and taking the Concorde to JFK, the shortest connecting times are upwards of 10 hours with the new Concorde evening departure from LHR. It is reasonable to expect BA to provide a hotel room to its F/Concorde passengers. I have been given a room at the Hilton flying from JFK to LHR on the Concorde and connecting to Delhi on a Concorde award ticket.
