Plenty of people don't download content on their own devices due to the required preparation time, questionable legality in plenty of cases, and additional cost if using a steaming service that allows downloads (I don't subscribe to any streaming services for video-based media and I'm in Gen Z - just think of the boomers).

As a result, I use IFE often when it is available.
