JL3 is more than likely to be cancelled. I noticed that when ANA recently published their summer schedule there was no increase to New York, which is probably a good indicator for what will happen with the JAL schedule.
The point I made about EU flights is that the schedule until March 25th is basically full force, except Moscow, so likely to remain like that.
