The new terminal A at Newark Airport is great. But the walk between the terminal and the AirTrain station is pretty long. I see that there is another AirTrain track that goes closer to the terminal.

Is the long distance between Terminal A and the AirTrain station permanent?

Or at some point will AirTrain stop closer to the terminal (perhaps via the track that goes closer)?
