I always rush to the showers. There are 6 ish ( I didn’t count ). The lounge will be empty and the staff will be waiting to greet you and are unfailing polite. Grab a shower. If you don’t get the first shift the second shot will be right for time. I had a shower. Drink. Flight called and back to the gate.
