Upstream this thread, there was a comment that if you like to walk, this airport is for you.

A new station is proposed to jointly serve P4 and Terminal C with a pedestrian connector to Terminal C. This same station will also serve existing Terminal B with an approximately half mile long pedestrian connector.

Terminal A station will be located across the street from New Terminal A. Maps of the proposed new AirTrain Newark alignment and stations can be viewed here:
