After two days with no credits for not qualifying the $0.25 came back for me today. Seems like they corrected a mistake.
Three days ago the $0.25 returned for me, the next day it was fifty-fifty and now again all surveys giving zeo credit.
I am still hoping for an IT bug they might fix again.
