Your latter presumption would be correct: 160 TP as you're ticketed to fly DOH-AKL. The transit stop is irrelevant in this sense. Unless you're specifically ticketed DOH-ADL and then ADL-AKL. This would be the only way you'll trigger the additional tier points.

Same rule applies for all other one stop services with the same flight number (BA LON-Caribbean for example).
