Breakfast: "Spanish-style caramelized onion and roasted potato frittata, topped with herb-marinated cherry tomatoes, a creamy red-pepper coulis sauce and grated queso fresco cheese. Served with vegan apple-maple sausage", spaghetti squash (salt, pepper, olive oil), chopped cucumber
There wasn't a ton of cheese which is perfect for me. The frittata itself was good (not great) but it was piping hot which was what I really wanted; the tomatoes were good too. I had one bite of the sausage; I like maple syrup as much as the next person, but I hate when they try and always sneak it into otherwise savory dishes -- otherwise, the texture was good. Had some of the fruit and one bite of the roll, which was sweet so I didn't have any more. I didn't even touch the yogurt other than to offer it to my seatmate. Not in the picture is my spaghetti squash and cucumber which was perfect. I am stuffed and won't eat until we land.

Louisiana is my third favorite, and I actually have two packets of it in my lunch box right now. I prefer their competitor Crystal; when I'm able to find the small bottle in stores, I usually keep one in my bag at all times.
