Yes. VS doesn't care who the marketing carrier is for your flight when you are in Upper Class on their own metal. While it may not always seem intuitive, lounge access often comes down to operating carrier rather than marketing carrier for a flight. You can enter a DL Sky Club with an Amex Plat card and a same day DL operated flight that is marketed by a partner, but not a DL marketed flight that is partner operated (with the exception of WestJet flights).
