Typically how busy is it at the tensa's around the USA flight boarding areas ?
Are they far from the TAP lounge and how long before the flight should I arrive at Lis in order to relax a bit at the lounge and then head to the gate?
flight to EWR is at 1210pm (noon) on a Wednesday and we will be walking across from the melia airport hotel at LIS ,hand luggage only
would 830am be plenty time?

To confirm,just passport,ESTA and attestation form needed
The customs declaration i94 or whatever its called is done at the border desk in EWR with the usual finger prints ,photo etc,no form to fill in for that?
Will the EU declaration on my phone be suffecient? I dont need to print that?
