Would be nice to see something decent on the earn side. Don't get the interest in night credits - it's not the nights that are the barrier; it's the terrible return on spend. I'd love to re-earn AMB this year and recharge my MR point stash, but I can't bring myself to do it compared to the return I've been getting with Hilton. Averaging 33 points/$ with them without any CC points vs. the 17.5 I'd be getting with MR, and while HH redemptions are a bit higher, they're not 2x. I took a look at my notes and over the last quarter I've moved 10-12 grand in spend to Hilton (not big spender compared to many here, but decent). I'm on the road for the foreseeable future and would be nice to be able to spread it back around a bit.
