I was watching "Airline" on A&E today -why would they allow themselves to be subject to such view? Most of the time SWA people seem some what overly mean -maybe it's just me, but with all the time I've spent in airports (ewr, iah, phx, sfo are most of my usuals) I don't think I've ever seen a Continental employee and a passenger get into the situation that find thier way on to TV.
Also the whole "SWA is cheapest" things seems like such a crock to me. The $99 dollars on way comes to more than a x class fare ($216) transcon on Continental when you add in taxes and fees... and with Continental you get IFE, "Meals at Meal Times" (to quote Gordon), and a former award wining FFP!
It just gets me people would subjetc themselves to the type of people who "seem" to fly SWA and the people who work there...
Disclaimer: Poster has never flown Southwest, but has know people who have and did agree with most of the finding of the show "Airline"
