24 Hour Cancellation Refund Issue
So I had made a booking and subsequently cancelled it within 2 hours. I have only received a partial refund to this point and am still owed approx $1000. It is now 11 days since the cancellation.
I called in and the agent confirmed that I should have been refunded in full but since a refund was processed he could do nothing further and I had to submit a complaint and claim through the website. I did that yesterday. Today I got a response that they could do nothing as it was not a post travel issue and I should call the service center back.
What is going here and am I going to keep getting the run around with BA?
