1) There is no card called Everyday Business Plus. There is a personal card called "Everyday", but there are several with the word "everyday" in the product name, be sure to choose the one which earns Membership Rewards. There is also Blue Business Plus. Both are free, and both will preserve her points balance.

2) The fee refund period is measured from the date of the statement on which the fee appears. Not from the due date, and not from the payment date.
