No offense taken.... I guess I'm just burnt-out on the Polanco HR and hoping the new one has some more exciting options. The current HR is not bad.. it's just nothing special. Lounge food is meh, rooms are meh... never an upgrade there after quite a few stays. Globalist doesn't seem to get you anything there besides lounge access...staff is pretty indifferent. It is certainly satisfactory and I've never had any negative experiences there.

In all fairness, I'm not particularly inspired by what I see online for the new HR... the Executive lounge looks nice, but the rooms look pretty dull. I don't use pools for the most part unless I'm in a hot place, so that isn't a killer for me. I guess my excitement is the same for Andaz.... getting to try a new Hyatt hotel in DF. I visit the area enough that it would be nice to have a (Hyatt) property to stay at that I can get excited about.
