Aren't the pilots supposed to....look? I mean I have watched plenty of take off vids of commercial airliners and I always see the FO and PIC literally looking left and right out the window if they are crossing an active runway. If the FO would have looked to the right how could she miss those glaring lights of the Delta jet?
