As a baseline no, so you won't get status benefits such as baggage or lounge access. In theory the charter company could pay for things like that, but at the point of being a charter service it's no longer a BA service or part of BAEC's benefits. BA provides the aircraft, the charter company does everything else, or pays BA for those bits it wants, typically check-in facilities. Strictly speaking you can't use Club Europe / World check-in desks unless that was in the charter agreement, but in reality that probably won't be an issue. At T5 there is a Group check in area around Zone G.
